In order to get to work with passion, itCampus offers some variety for the breaks, too. So there are not only a table soccer and a Carrera set, but also many sports events after work.
The wide range of tasks and activities are the source for the development opportunities at itCampus.
Therefore, personnel development is not something ”off-the-shelf” for us, but a concept for the progress of our employees based on the individual requirements and different stages of development. There are three equivalent ways of developing within the bounds of one’s abilities: technical, project or management career. All these offer career opportunities.
Every year, manager and employee get together and talk about how the performance and commitment of the colleague is evaluated, what his future path can be like and if the aims of last year have been reached. Strengths, potential for improvement, wishes and development possibilities are discussed, and customized development measures arranged.
These range from trainings and seminars to individual coaching on the job by the manager. Moreover, professional special tasks, the work in teams and the cooperation with our foreign subsidiaries offer additional practical qualifications.
Lifelong learning – usually it is just a well-intentioned but empty phrase. Not at itCampus! A thorough program of professional training awaits all interested employees this year. 27 lectures are on the agenda from January to December. The wide range of topics includes MS-Office applications, internal structures and processes and helpful tips and tricks for software developers.
