Admittedly the image of the public sector isn’t the best: too slow, too bureaucratic, too opaque. itCampus assists companies with making their administrative structure more transparent: together we identify relevant processes, optimize them and present possibilities for automation wherever it is reasonable.

So we were able to win various organizations, institutions and public sector entities with our know-how already, among others the Landesdirektion Leipzig (regional authority), for whom itCampus has implemented a great number of process enhancements. This includes an electronic case assignment plan, business trip and fleet management as well as a compilation of qualification data for civil servants. Other examples are the Mitteldeutscher Verkehrsverbund (linked transport system), for whom we implemented an e-Ticketing solution together with our partner perdata, IHK Leipzig (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), whose award-winning web portal was designed by itCampus, or the German armed forces, for whom we programmed a weather information system for air traffic in cooperation with our partner EPRO.

By the way: Here at itCampus we also have to manage a lot of data. To do that even more efficiently we created the “Portable Interaction Assistant for Exchange”, piaX for short. Meanwhile the program is also used by many customers who – like us – use the ERP-system proALPHA, and enables them to handle their sales processes better, more up to date and on the go.
