CallCenterWorld 2010: All good things come in threes

itCampus launches fireworks of innovations at CallCenterWorld 2010: Premiere of ELSBETH Software as a Service, ELSBETH VocalCoach 2.0 and ELSBETH PowerContact Xpress

itCampus will be presenting three technological innovations at this year’s CallCenterWorld 2010 from 9 to 11 February starting with the new distribution model ELSBETH Software as a Service (SaaS). Visitors are invited to try the system by setting up their own trial SaaS-campaign. ELSBETH SaaS already offers the ELSBETH PredictiveDialer, ELSBETH PowerContact as well as the ELSBETH Voice & Data Recorder “on demand” via the internet or a telephone connection. This customer-friendly solution allows you to boost the mobility, flexibility and performance of your communication at a low investment cost.
