ELSBETH PredictiveDialer (EPD) constantly provides contact centre agents with people to speak with avoiding agents listening to answer phones, no answers, no such numbers or engaged tones. As soon as an agent has wrapped up one call a new live call will be immediately put through (depending on the parameters set). At the heart of the module, there is a very intelligent algorithm that uses many data sources to continually recalculate the best possible moment to make the next call so that agent time is optimised without causing "silent calls" for customers.

From the agent's perspective, EPD changes outbound into inbound telephony. This effect is enhanced by the fact that, thanks to call blending, EPD is able to accept incoming calls and put them through to an available agent.
