ELSBETH PredictiveDialer can be connected to any PBX that supports ISDN PRI interfaces. From the point of view of the PBX the dialler acts like a normal network switch. The agents connect to the dialler using the existing PBX extensions.

If no PBX is present, the diallern can be used standalonewith a small adaptor that connects the headset directly to the dialler. Using this option, investments in PBX hardware, extensions, and licences are not necessary. If a PBX exists, expensive investment to expand the PBX can be avoided.

Based on the PBX scenario, the dialler can be used in multi-location environments. The voice connection between the locations is provided by the public telephone network. The data connections are routed via virtual private network links. Additionally, the data storage can be centralized in distributed environments.

Together with our global partners, we offer an ELSBETH Server Housing service. The ELSBETH PredictiveDialer will be located in a certified data center. Changes to your local infrastructure and additional phone lines are not necessary. The voice connection between agent and dialler can be built using VOIP, leased lines or the public telephone network.
